We constantly strive to improve our service and ask all customers to complete a short questionnaire so that we can learn about their holiday experiences. Each questionnaire is scrutinized by our Customer Services Manager, and the information is shared throughout the company to help us to improve our holidays.

Each completed questionnaire is entered in our monthly champagne draw.
